Liferay Subscription Services includes Support Services and a wide range of resources to help you successfully plan, deploy and manage your mission-critical projects from start to finish.
However, Support Services is not required to offer architectural assistance. Architectural assistance would include guidance on the design and implementation of several areas concerning and surrounding the product such as: instance-specific settings driven by a business need, customizations (please see the Customizations policy), third-party product selection, installation or configuration (e.g., application servers, database applications, load balancers, HTTP servers, authentication solutions, content delivery solutions, etc.), and network architecture.
