When examining Web Content assets through Site > Content > Web Content, there are filtering options that permit specific articles to be displayed. In this article, we hope to clarify the intention of the "Expired" filter and its design.
Environment
Liferay DXP 7.0, 7.1, 7.2
Resolution
The "Expired" filter will display all articles with expired content. When the "Expired" filter is enabled, you will notice that clicking on the asset will display the latest version. This is expected, as Liferay's Web Content management system will display the latest version in the editor.
