Issue
- The preview is not getting generated for all the '.pptx' files in Document and Media Portlet whereas rest all type of files(.doc, .docx, .ppt, .pdf, etc) are previewable.
Environment
- Liferay DXP 7.2.10-ga1
Resolution
- The observed behavior is a known issue and is fixed in liferay-fix-pack-dxp-1-7210.
- Installing Fix Packs and Hotfixes on Liferay DXP will guide to install these Fixpack in your environment.
