Issue
Steps to reproduce
- Start a clean bundle of Liferay DXP 7.2 installed with dxp-9
- Go to Publishing -> Staging and enable staging for Local Live with page versioning enabled for public and private pages
- Create a new Content Page and publish it
- Edit the Content Page and add any basic section and publish it. Note that the page is now marked "Ready for Publication"
- Try to turn off the slider for Ready for Publication. Note that you are not able to select it, and the cursor turns into a general prohibition sign.
- Edit the page and add another basic section and publish it.
Expected Results: When a Content Page that is not marked Ready for Publication is published, it should not be marked "Ready for Publication" automatically. Also, you should be able to unmark a page that has been marked "Ready for Publication". Finally, editing a page and making a change should automatically unmark it as "Ready for Publication".
