Should we provide advanced notice to the Liferay Cloud team before initiating penetration testing or performance testing against one of our Liferay Experience Cloud - Self-Managed (LXC-SM) environments?
If so, how should we inform the team?
When performance and/or penetration testing is performed, it can appear to Liferay that an attack is being executed against a customer environment. In order to avoid intervention by Liferay to protect the environment and/or connected infrastructure, we request that you provide notice of the testing window at least 15 days in advance.
Notice can be provided by opening a support ticket on Help Center.
